Supreme Raised Over $1 Million for Coronavirus Aid

SAN DIEGO, CA - The Supreme clothing brand teamed up with Takashi Murakami to sell shirts for coronavirus aid early May. Murakami is a Japanese artist and founder of the "Superflat" movement. Supreme and Murakami were able to raise over a million dollars to fundraise during the coronavirus pandemic.

"This incredible gift comes in a time of our clients' greatest need and supports our work nationally to provide the most vulnerable with a safe place to call home, food, and essential services during this crisis and beyond," said the post.

The Help USA Instagram page posted a photo of the shirt thinking the brand for donating $1,052,040 in sales.




During this global pandemic, the fashion industry has been helping with relief by stepping up and bringing awareness to this pandemic.
